Management Activity
This is used to record real time management notes and memos on any activity associated with the property. It is date and time stamped and is an excellent way to keep records of actions and share these with colleagues so everyone is aware of activities being undertaken.
Within the Property – View form the Management activity can be added to by clicking on [Add management activity]. The form opens allowing details of work done or contacts made by or to the management company.
Complete details in the description box and select name of person dealing with the activity.
You can edit details or delete the activity – it is a good idea to append the details of how and when any problems are resolved.
